Mr Ted Tan is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of International Enterprise (IE) Singapore. Ted oversees IE
Singapore's local customer operations and International Operations in markets such as the Americas, Europe, Middle
East and Africa. He is also the Senior Director for Capabilities Development at the Ministry of Trade and Industry.
IE Singapore is an agency under the Ministry of Trade and Industry responsible for developing Singapore's external
economic wing. Its mission is to promote the overseas growth of Singapore-based enterprises and international trade.
IE Singapore has a global network covering over 30 locations worldwide and offers services to help enterprises export,
develop business capabilities, find overseas partners and enter new markets.
Prior to joining IE Singapore, Ted was the Chief Operating Officer of eBworx Limited. He Played a key role in the listing
of eBworx in 2003. He was concurrently the Senior Vice-President of CSE Global, a public-listed company in Singapore.
Ted was the President & CEO of Cendant Asia Pacific and Managing Director of Telsis Ltd's Asia operation,
amongst other senior management positions in General Electric, Accenture and Cray Research, Inc. He also held
directorships for several companies in the US, Taiwan, Singapore, Korea, Malaysia, Hong Kong and the Philippines.
His past professional contributions include: Founding Chairman of the Call Centre Council of Singapore (1998-2003);
Chairman of the industry Skills Standards Committee for the Call Centre Industry (2003), Vice-Chairman and executive
committee member of the Direct Marketing Association of Singapore (1988-2003), Chairman of the Technical Committee at
the Nanyang Polytechnic's Business School, and expert consultant for the International Telecommunications Group of the
Asia Pacific Economic Council meeting (1992). Ted has been described by Singaporean and Malaysian media as the type of
managers who can turn "sick" companies around and "the kind of young dynamos that Asia needs".
Ted is presently Chairman of the Internaitonal Trade Institute of Singapore Pte Ltd and Singapore Information Services
Pte Ltd, Director of Global Business Insights Pte Ltd, and a Board Member of the Standards, Productivity and Innovation
Board.
He received his Bachelor of Applied Science (Electrical Engineering) degree from the University of Winsor and his MBA
from the University of Minnesota. He has completed the Advance Management Program at Harvard Business School, the
INSEAD-Wharton Internationalisation Management Program and Executive Programs at both Fudan University and Tsinghua
University in China.

Tai is the Regional Head of Economic Research, SE Asia, of Standard Chartered's Global Research team.
Based in Singapore, he is in charge of the economic research team in the region monitoring the financial and
economic development of SE Asian economies.
Tai joined Standard Chartered Bank in 2000 in Hong Kong after graduating from Queens' College, University of
Cambridge, with a Master of Arts degree in Economics. In November 2007, Tai received a Master in
International and Public Affairs from the University of Hong Kong. Prior to his current position, Tai spent
six years as an economist with Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) researching the Greater China economies,
including the People's Republic of China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Tai advises various departments at Standard
Chartered Bank, such as the Global Market business, Portfolio Management Committee and Credit Policy
Committee. He was also the honorary economist of the Hong Kong British Chamber of Commerce. He is also a
regular guest with both local and international financial media, including CNN, CNBC and Bloomberg.

Mr Teng, 56, formerly the CEO of INTRACO Limited, has more than 28 years of management experience in Asia,
Australia, and in recent years, the Middle East. He spent ten years each in Japan and Indonesia, four years
each in Malaysia and Australia managing businesses in the following sectors: FMCG (Manufacturing, Marketing
& Distribution), Commodities trading, Agri-Food, ICT, Energy-saving solutions & products, and Construction.
His key appointments include being vice-chairman of SBF's Middle East Business Group, vice-chairman of the
Saudi-Singapore Joint Business Council and Singapore's Non-Resident Ambassador to the Sultanate of Oman.
Aside from being the Special Advisor to the Singapore Plastic Industry Association, Mr. Teng is a member of:

- Singapore Institute of Management,
- Singapore Institute of Directors,
- Marketing Institute of Singapore,
- Singapore-Liaoning Economic and Trade Council,

He graduated from the School of Commerce, Waseda University, Japan in March 1979 and is a member of the Japanese
University Graduates Association of Singapore (Jugas).

Tony Lythgoe

Tony Lythgoe began his career in the financial services industry as a leading officer within a leading UK high
street bank, than moving to a major international bank with roles as a senior credit officer and retail portfolio
manager.
He began his involvement with credit bureau scores and application processing/strategy management.
In 1995 this experience was used to help establish Equifax Europe's Decision Solutions business based in London.
In 1999 Tony was invited to take charge of the decisioning business of the Australian credit bureau (now called
Veda Advantage) and as Chief Executive Officer for international business he was responsible for the deployment
of both credit bureau and scoring solutions in partner countries throughout Asia.
Tony joined the IFC in 2002, initially as a short-term consultant, providing domain expertise in credit risk
management, credit bureaus and SME banking. This role has involved him in working on a wide variety of technical
assistance projects across Asia, Africa and Eastern Europe.
In August 2005 Tony became a full time adviser with the IFC's Global Financial Markets Institution Building
(CGFIB) department and is currently responsible for Advisory Services within the SME Banking sub business line.
Tony is a keen scuba diver and occasionally lives with his wife and two children in Melbourne, Australia.

A Chartered accountant by profession, Mr. Bose has over fifteen years of Banking experience across India,
the Middle East and Singapore. He has worked in various positions within Finance, Corporate Banking and SME
Banking.
In his present role, Mr. Bose is responsible for developing the SME business for Standard
Chartered Bank across the Middle East and South Asia. Before assuming this role in 2005, Mr. Bose was heading
the Product and Business Development for SME Banking in Standard Chartered globally.

Mr Louis Lim Tian Fuh

Mr Louis Lim Tian Fuh, as the Managing Director of SME Banking for Standard Chartered Bank China,
is responsible for all SME Banking related products & services across China.
Louis has been with SCB since 1997. His first senior position was with Corporate Banking, Malaysia, after
which he became the Regional Account Manager of the SCB Singapore MNC team. In this role he worked with
Regional Treasury Centres of MNCs based in Singapore to establish credit facilities and cash management
solutions across Asia. Louis was appointed as the General Manager of SME Banking for Standard Chartered
Bank Malaysia in 2005 before coming to China.
Prior to joining Standard Chartered, he worked for Citibank Malaysia and Overseas Union Bank of Singapore
handling corporate client relationships. He began his career with a local bank in 1990.
Louis got his tertiary education in the United States and graduated with a degree in Finance in 1989.
He was been working in the banking industry ever since.
